Director, Channel Sales

BirdEye is a SaaS platform reimagining the way customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers by closing the loop between business reputation and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Create channel partership division and overall sales processes for the division
• Hunt for new channel prospects via LinkedIn, internet, and social media
• Create marketing automation sequences to drive channel prospects towards a product demo
• Demo channel prospects on all aspects of the SaaS platform
• Identify the channel prospects’ needs and take a consultative approach to selling them
• Close channel prospects and assist them with a go-to-market strategy
• On-board and train channel partners to use the SaaS platform to its fullest potential
• Help channel partners to grow through enablement and sales training
• Work with product team as the voice of the channel division
• Create pitch decks and marketing assets for the channel division to use
• Train new employees how to demo the platform
